Danielle Ruth has been a guest trainer for The Real Film Festival, located in Newcastle, for 2 years.
Hunter Tafe Invited her to be a guest and run workshops for students and industry enthusiasts.

Some of the skills the students walked away with included knowledge in silicone prop making for TV and Film, colouring silicone for High definition cameras, applying silicone prosthetic transfers, applying special effects (sfx) makeup to create a realistic zombie.

Danielles workshops are both educational and fun!

For over seven years, the festival program has presented films by independent international, national and local storytellers. RFF is made up of components which support independent filmmaking talent, engages diverse communities in cultural production, and stimulate audiences through this homegrown, internationally recognised film festival.
