Celebrating 10 years at the Press Club, George fooled a young group of hospitality students into believing he was an old cook from Greece. Welcoming his alter ego "Nikolas" who makes terrible food and when dropping platters all over the kitchen, later comes the reveal and facade.

George then invites the young teens to his restaurant to show them how a real Greek dish should be prepared!

For this Danielle created a Face-cast and sculpted an old age prosthetic. The appliance was created in silicone and with the use of a film quality wig and facial hair appliances, Nikolas then came to life.
